Role Overview:
We are looking for an extremely motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to be a part of our fast-paced team. In this role, you would be responsible for lead generation, qualification of potential prospects, and closure of deals through outbound calling campaigns. You'll be the face of the company building relationships with prospective clients and generating revenues for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Make outbound calls to contact potential customers and qualify them.
Research and identify target markets and potential clients in those markets.
Use lead generation techniques, such as cold calls an mails.
Meeting Setting:
Make and conduct successful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Establish rapport and trust with the clients.
Understand customer needs and pain points.
Communicate the value proposition of our services effectively.
Deal Closing:
o Negotiate and close deals productively.
o Prepare and present winning proposals.
o Follow and manage the sales pipeline.
o Consistently meet and often exceed sales projections.
• Market Analysis: Know what is going on in the market, including the activities of competitors.
Analyse data to understand trends in the market and to find new opportunities
• Customer Relationship Management: To build a long term client relationship Excellent customer service
Skills Needed:
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively.

• Experience in Finance/Insurance/Banking: Prior work experience in any of these fields is a highly desirable attribute.

• Competition Market Salary: Minimum starting salary of INR 25,000 per month
• No Cap of Salary: Earning potential will substantially hinge upon performance.
