Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Officers. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.

· Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.

· Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

· Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
