We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell furniture hardware products such as hinges, telescopic channels, and other fittings. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building materials or hardware segment and a strong network of dealers, architects, or OEMs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
Promote and sell a range of furniture hardware products like hinges, drawer slides, gas springs, locks, handles, etc.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Conduct product demos and technical presentations to clients.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper display and branding at dealer counters.
Handle order processing, payment follow-ups, and after-sales service coordination.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and company promotional events.
1–5 years of experience in hardware/fittings/furniture industry sales.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics and a strong network in the industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, or order tracking tools.
Two-wheeler mandatory (for field visits).
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Diploma in Sales/Marketing).
Technical background or product knowledge in hardware/fittings is a plus.
