Sales Coordinator / Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken female Sales & Coordination Executive who can assist us in reaching out to prospective buyers (traders, retailers, beauty shops) for our cosmetics products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with making calls, maintaining Excel data, and following up through WhatsApp and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily calls/Whatsapp to prospective retailers, distributors, and buyers to introduce our cosmetics products

• Share product information, images, and pricing through WhatsApp

• Maintain buyer contact lists, responses, and follow-up records in Excel

• Coordinate sample dispatches or order details with the internal team

• Collect feedback and share updates with the team

• Basic understanding of cosmetic products (training will be provided)
  
  Must-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, saving contacts etc.)

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication (text, images, audio, and catalog sharing)

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or local language (English optional)

  • Confidence in talking to new people over the phone
    
    Preferred Qualities

    • Willingness to learn about products and buyer needs

    • Polite, organized, and punctual

    • Basic understanding of sales or marketing is a plus
