Coordinate sales team meetings, schedules, and activities.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Communicate with customers to arrange meetings and deliveries.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
Monitor sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Provide reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
Support marketing activities, such as campaigns and exhibitions.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
