We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Field) to promote and sell our range of skin care products in Daspur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and retailers.
Identify and approach potential customers, including salons, beauty stores, pharmacies, and retail shops.
Demonstrate and explain the benefits of skin care products to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams.
Ensure proper stock availability and merchandising at retail outlets.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Travel within Daspur to meet clients and close sales deals.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG).
Education: Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
