The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of insurance products to potential corporate clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance offerings, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calls, referrals, etc.).
Client Consultations: Meet with Managers/HR/Accounts/Management of corporate/MSME companies to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Present insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet individual and team sales targets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Support: Assist clients with any post-sale inquiries, claims, and policy modifications.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and seminars to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
