Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers for personal loan products through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers. Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursal. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies while processing loan applications.Identify and resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
