5. Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

6. Follow up: Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

7. Document feedback: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.

8. Telecallers should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
