Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales of Fleeca Kawach – TPMS, Enroute Services, and other tyre management solutions within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and approach potential clients including fleet operators, logistics providers, tyre OEMs, and commercial vehicle owners.
3. Conduct regular market research to uncover new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
4. Deliver effective product demonstrations, sales presentations, and technical consultations to prospects.
5. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer retention and upselling.
6. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
7. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update CRM systems.
8. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a pleasing and presentable personality, effective negotiation and sales closing abilities, a valid driving license with a two-wheeler, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
