Job Title:
Direct Sales Executive – Internet Connection
Role Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling internet services (broadband, fiber, wireless, etc.) directly to customers (either residential or businesses) through face-to-face interaction, tele-sales, or door-to-door campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers.
Clearly explain the features and benefits of internet service plans.
Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and pricing.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions.
Gather customer feedback and report it to the sales manager.
Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts.
Attend training sessions and sales meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school (10th/12th) or Diploma or any higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Fresher or experience in any direct sales (preferably in telecom or internet services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.( Hindi and Marathi Must )
Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of internet services.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Fresher - 16000 take home & Experience: 20000 take home + incentive
Work Environment:
Field work (door-to-door or site visits).
Some roles might involve working in shopping malls, public events, or booths.
Targets are usually aggressive, and compensation is often commission-based.
