Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage and retain our existing client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term client relationships and minimizing churn.
