Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and contractors.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Pitch company products and services effectively to address client needs.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets by driving revenue through B2B sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
4. Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline for new and existing clients.
- Provide regular updates on the pipeline, including forecasts and progress reports.
5. Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the design, project, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of client projects.
6. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
