Key Responsibilities:
1. Retailer Engagement & Market Coverage
• Visit 25-30 chemist shops per day to promote and create awareness about company products.
• Educate retailers about the product range, offers, and marketing schemes.
• Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure regular stock movement.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to enhance business strategies.
2. Distributor Appointment & Management
• Identify and appoint distributors in the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper onboarding, training, and activation of new distributors.
• Work closely with distributors to maintain efficient stock flow.
• Monitor distributor performance and address challenges to ensure smooth operations.
3. Territory Development & Brand Visibility
• Develop a strong understanding of the assigned districts, including competitor analysis and market trends.
• Ensure placement of marketing collaterals (posters, banners, standees, etc.) at retail points as per company guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing local promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
4. Lead Management & Business Development
• Follow up on advertisement-generated leads and ensure proper allocation to distributors.
• Explore and identify new business opportunities within the assigned districts.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for better reach and growth.
5. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain records of retailer visits, distributor performance, and market insights.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Regional Sales Head.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve field challenges.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Class-12 pass
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (online reporting tool handling) and reporting tools is preferred.
