Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven SME Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. This is a fast-growing, high-growth, better opportunity for individuals with a strong customer focus, the ability to understand client pain points, and a passion for selling innovative IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, approach, and engage SME clients to promote IT services.
· Understand SME-specific challenges and provide tailored solutions.
· Develop and nurture strong business relationships for long-term growth.
· Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or technology-driven services.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple SME accounts.
