We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, driving sales, and managing key accounts. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and offering tailored logistics solutions to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the logistics sector through cold calling, networking, and market research.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including retailers, manufacturers, e-commerce businesses, and more.
· Present logistics solutions (shipping, warehousing, distribution, etc.) that meet clients' needs.
Sales & Account Management:
· Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
· Ensure successful implementation and follow-up with customers to maintain long-term business relationships.
· Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
· Minimum 6 Month–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in developing and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
Skills:
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
· Understanding of logistics services and supply chain solutions is highly desirable.
