Job Description (Customer Support Executive-Voice Process)
Job Purpose: The role of an ARC Executive is to be vigilant of eventualities happening at customer’s place. Security of customer’s property through accurate monitoring, validation, reporting and ensuring on time action response are the key expectations of the role.
Duties and responsibilities
· Remote Monitoring of Client premises with diligence
· Is always alert and take the necessary steps in case of unexpected eventualities
· In eventualities, validate and report to the teams concerned and take other necessary steps as per the guidelines
· Always keep a track of the team’s whereabouts and ensure all areas are covered diligently
Skills and Qualifications
· B Tech/BCA/B Sc (IT)/Polutechnic/Graduation with 1 Yr computer course.
· Keen observer and quick on his/her feet
· Basic knowledge of working with electronics and computer
· Can communicate efficiently and effectively
· Can work in collaboration with other teams for closures
Working conditions
The Alarm Receiving Centre function operates 24/7. The job requires a person to work in a 9 hours shift each day.
Compensation
Salary- 16000/- in hand plus ESIC (No PF)
