Sales Executive

SLMI Pest Control is hiring motivated and field-ready Sales Executives to promote and sell our pest control services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is a client-facing role ideal for candidates who are confident, target-oriented, and ready to build strong customer relationships in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local marketing activities.

• Pitch pest control services (including general pest control, anti-termite treatment, rodent control, etc.) to potential customers.

• Conduct site inspections and explain service benefits, pricing, and treatment plans to clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and deliver services efficiently.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.

• Maintain daily field activity reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales (field sales experience preferred).

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).

• Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.

• Knowledge of local areas in Lucknow is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
