As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by meeting with potential customers face-to-face. This role involves visiting clients at their locations, identifying their needs, and presenting products or services that meet their requirements. You will be the face of the company, ensuring that customer relationships are nurtured and maintained to secure long-term business
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities:
- Visit existing and potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
2. Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer complaints or concerns.
3. Market Knowledge
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
4. Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including territory progress, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Provide management with insights into customer requirements, interests, and buying habits.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- A results-driven approach with a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
