Sales Manager

Roles:

• Recruit and onboard insurance & mutual fund agents through field visits.

• Explain the business opportunity and benefits of joining our company as agent.

• Assist new agents in activating their business by logging their first business.
  

Responsibilities:

• Meet prospects at their homes/offices to promote the agency business.

• Guide agents through onboarding.

• Provide initial support in sales.

• Ensure monthly recruitment and activation targets are met.

• Travel across Ahmedabad to engage potential agents.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Freshers with exceptional sales ability and convincing skills are welcome).

• Experience: 0-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Other: Willingness to travel.
