JOB PROFILE- SENIOR SALES MANAGER.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions.Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.Cross-sell and upsell financial products or services.Meet sales and revenue targets set by the company.Conducting market research on rival products.Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.Working in field to develop targeted sales strategies.Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.Maintaining client relations.Analyse sales and marketing performance and identify areas for improvementTraining and Reporting Of a Team.Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.Develop and implement sales strategies.Plan and execute marketing campaigns.Tracking sales data to ensure the target completion.Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, mutual funds, insurance, and wealth management in Dealing With Equities, commodity and mutual funds.Targets to be justified (10 times of the salary) per month.Manage and allocate sales and marketing budgets.Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.Address and resolve client issues efficiently.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams for quick issue resolution.Managing a team, generating business.Report sales and marketing performance Weekly Report to the concerned person.
REQUIREMENTS
Good Experience in Stock Market- Equities, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and all thefinancial products such as insurance, IPO's, wealth management etc.Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory frameworks.1-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service(preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or investment sectors).Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or arelated field.
