Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

Lead, mentor, and manage an 8-member sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
Strategize and implement sales plans to drive the promotion of Demat accounts, insurance, TGS software, and SIPs.
Ensure team members deliver excellent client relationships and outstanding customer service.
Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement training or corrective measures as needed.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews to track progress and set actionable goals.
Train and update the team on equity markets, investment products, and sales techniques.
Collaborate with senior management for sales forecasting and business planning.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to refine team strategies.
