Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Senses Intelligent Interactive Panels across schools and educational institutions in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 7 years of proven sales experience, with hands-on expertise in interactive panels, smart boards, or similar educational technology. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, from product demonstrations to closing deals, and will lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to introduce and expand the market for Senses Interactive Panels in Chennai schools and educational institutions.

• Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct interactive product demonstrations for school administrators, principals, and IT heads, showcasing the features and benefits of our smart panels to drive purchase decisions.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve sales targets. Ensure the team is trained on the best practices for demo delivery and closing sales. 

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and approach new educational clients while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. Understand local market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience from demo to installation.

• Training & Development: Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge and effective sales techniques, ensuring they are fully equipped to engage with educational clients.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
