Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Waterproofing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing waterproofing solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the integrity and durability of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Inspection:

   • Conduct thorough inspections of structures to identify waterproofing needs and potential issues.

   • Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

2. Design and Planning:

   • Develop detailed waterproofing plans and specifications based on site assessments.

   • Recommend appropriate materials and methods for waterproofing applications.

3. Implementation:

   • Supervise and execute waterproofing projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

   • Oversee the application of waterproofing products and systems, including membranes, sealants, and coatings.

4. Technical Support:

   • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding waterproofing solutions.

   • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in waterproofing techniques.

5. Quality Control:

   • Monitor and evaluate the performance of waterproofing installations.

   • Conduct follow-up inspections and maintenance as needed.

6. Documentation:

   • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
