Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.

• Find new customers and keep good relationships with existing ones.

• Plan and run sales strategies to increase revenue.

• Track sales performance and prepare simple reports.

• Work with marketing and other teams to improve customer experience.

• Train new sales staff and support their development.
