Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

• A valid real estate license (if required by location).
