KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for hiring advisors/agents, delivering training, and cultivating a high-performing team to support business expansion. Must adhere to defined operational procedures and company policies.
Field Activities:
● Attract part-time candidates interested in flexible career options as advisors/agents.
● Hold routine meetings and on-site visits with clients.
Team Management:
● Lead your team in sourcing prospects via multiple channels, including social platforms, personal contacts, referrals, and word-of-mouth strategies.
● Motivate and monitor efforts to acquire new business through on-ground engagement and local client outreach.
● Ensure your team offers appropriate financial solutions aligned with each client’s needs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
● Minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of sales experience.
