Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
✅ Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
✅ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
✅ Coordinate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
✅ Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and paid ads.
✅ Monitor competitors and suggest improvements in marketing strategies.
✅ Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Freshers with strong sales acumen can apply).
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven sales approaches is a plus.
✔ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
