Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development cum Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide direct customer service and technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

·       Perform lead generation, customer prospecting, and market analysis.

·       Suggest product or service upgrades to clients and maintain long-term relationships.

·       Conduct service visits and ensure timely support as per AMC contracts.

·       Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and relevant documentation.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product feedback and improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

·       MBA preferred with a background in Electronics.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

·       Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
