Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and achieve sales targets.

• Understand customer needs and propose solutions for commercial, office, retail, or residential space branding.

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and competitive offerings.

• Coordinate with the design and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing materials with brand identity and client requirements.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing our portfolio and services.

• Monitor and report on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends.

• Support the development of marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

• Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and generate leads.

• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 2-3 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
