Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives (Freshers) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the luxury interior design industry while playing a key role in business development and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and digital outreach.

• Engage with potential clients, understand their interior design requirements, and present our services.

• Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Le Castle Interior Design Studio.

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers.

• Work on email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to increase brand visibility.

• Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales, marketing, and the luxury interior design industry.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
