Job Title: Sales Executive

We’re seeking a dynamic, career‑driven Sales Executive to be the face of Einterio in Pune. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle—from lead qualification and client meetings through proposal creation, negotiation, payment collection, and post‑sale feedback. This role requires a true hunter with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, a passion for interiors, and the grit to close deals and exceed targets.
Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound enquiries and conduct outbound outreach
Qualify prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Client Meetings & Proposals
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings (virtual/in‑person)
Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored proposals and quotations
Deal Closure & Payment Collection
Negotiate terms, close sales, and secure deposits/full payments
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and follow up diligently
Project Coordination & Client Experience
Create and manage WhatsApp groups with clients & design teams
Provide regular status updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client delight
Post‑Sale Handover & Feedback
Ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Collect client testimonials and referrals; exit group gracefully
Experience: 2–4 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals (B2B/B2C)
Languages: Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Hindi & Marathi
Attitude: Go‑getter mindset; thrives under pressure; weekend availability during peak inquiry times
Mobility: Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby cities for client/site visits
Tools: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Meet, Excel, and Email for client coordination and reporting
Basic understanding of interior design principles or rendering tools
Confident engaging with international clients
Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship‑building ability
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and reliable
Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹45,000 per month
