Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BTL Marketing Executive to manage and execute on-ground marketing activities at metro stations and housing societies in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing brand activations, consumer engagement programs, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & Execute BTL Campaigns: Develop and implement on-ground promotional activities, including kiosk setups, brand activations, product demonstrations, and consumer engagement at metro stations and housing societies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with metro authorities, housing societies, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), and local vendors for permissions and smooth execution of campaigns.
Consumer Engagement: Design innovative ways to attract and interact with potential customers, including contests, sampling, live demos, and interactive experiences.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Ensure maximum customer interaction and data collection for lead generation and sales conversion.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage campaign budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness through footfall, lead conversion, and customer engagement metrics. Provide reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all branding, messaging, and campaign elements align with company guidelines and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in BTL marketing, event management, activations, or sales promotions, preferably in Mumbai.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Networking Ability: Experience in liaising with metro station authorities, housing societies, and vendors is a plus.
Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable traveling across different locations within Mumbai for on-ground activations.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think out of the box and handle on-ground challenges efficiently.
