Build & maintain a qualified prospect pipeline

Collaborate with email marketing to convert leads
Understand client needs, challenges & objectives
Customize solutions based on business requirements
Connect with key decision-makers
Be the go-to contact during pre-sales
Ensure smooth handover to onboarding team
Collaborate with internal teams for implementation
Transfer clients to Customer Success team post-onboarding
Share detailed handover notes for seamless transition
Maintain accurate CRM records
Share regular updates on sales performance & lead conversion
1–4 years of experience in Sales Development / BD
Strong understanding of our products & market
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Self-driven with team spirit
Hands-on with CRM tools & sales software
