The Secondary Executive is responsible for supporting sales by promoting and selling the company’s FMCG products. This role involves building and maintaining distributor relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain discipline on primary sales.
Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
Ensure regular service/visits to our stores as per the beat plan.
Ensure visibility/display of company products in stores.
Responsible for opening and managing new & existing retail outlets on a daily/regular basis.
