- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Achieving the targets assigned & maintaining sound relations with the clients & agent
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped

Age must be in between 21-35
Min 1 + years experience in Sales and Marketing
BFSI work experience preferred
Life Insurance experience preferred
