Drive B2B sales: Acquire and grow industrial clients & dealer-distributor networks.
Sales planning: Set targets, plan tours, strategize market penetration.
Lead generation: Database mining, cold calls, social media, exhibitions.
Negotiation & closure: Prepare proposals, pitch solutions, finalize deals.
CRM management: Maintain lead pipelines, client interactions, sales forecasting.
Client support: Provide after-sales support and relationship management.
Strong discipline, persistence & customer-centric approach.
B2B industrial sales expertise (especially PPE, medical disposables, safety products).
Excellent negotiation, product demonstration & compliance selling skills.
CRM tool proficiency.
Mandatory: Graduate (Science/Engineering/Commerce preferred).
Preferred: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales) or certification in Industrial Safety/PPE.
Fluent in English, Hindi & one regional language.
