Job Description

Use a smartphone to find and follow routes
Maintain good communication with customers
Cook different dishes following recipes.
Plan and arrange menu items.

Generating leads for real estate sales through cold calling.
Manage outgoing and incoming calls with good communication skills.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Calling customers and fixing site visit and coordinating with sales consultant and customers.
Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner.
Desired Candidates Profile:
Prefer female candidate.
Excellent communication skills.
Good sales expertise.
Proactive and willing to learn about Real Estate market.
The prospective leads would be then passed on to relevant sales team members.
Maintain clear records / follow up sheets of everyday calls.
6-months prior experience in real estate market will be an advantage.
