Designation: Application Engineer (Lamello)

 

Location: Mumbai-HQ

 

Eligibility: ITI/ Diploma/ B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical), 0-2+ years of work experience in service and sales.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

·       You are responsible for identifying new potential markets and developing tactical initiatives to effectively communicate with them.

·       You will demonstrate the machine and also discuss various applications of the machine.

·       You are required to understand AutoCAD designs.

·       You are responsible for planning and allocation of your time to customers in machine price negotiations, generate orders, new leads, provide information to new entrants in the industry, and to enhance relationship with existing customers.

·       You are also responsible for providing after-sales service to the customers.

·       You will use the company’s in-house CRM tool for information management

·       You ensure the integrity and ethics of the company are at the heart of all communications.

·       You evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

·       You are good at continuously reviewing your performance and enhance it to make the most effective use of your time and energy.

·       You have to attend all the PAN India exhibitions. 

·       You are willing to travel within a market region assigned to you, to develop new regions and maintain relationship with existing customers.

·       You have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
