The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and screening candidates for roles in fields like construction, manufacturing, warehouse management, and other manual labor positions.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Candidates:Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, local job fairs, and partnerships with community organizations to source potential candidates for blue-collar positions.Screening Resumes & Applications:Review resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.Conducting Interviews:Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate the qualifications, skills, and cultural fit of potential candidates.Job Placement:Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position and ensure the right candidate is selected for each role.Onboarding Support:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and employees are prepared to start their roles.Building a Talent Pipeline:Maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings, ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of talent.Maintain Records:Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview outcomes, and placement status.Collaborating with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process meets their expectations and that positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner.Market Research:Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
