Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers, both through inbound and outbound leads, and convert them into sales.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

  • Sales Presentations: Present products/services to clients through meetings, calls, or presentations, tailoring each pitch to the customer's specific needs and business goals.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms of sales with customers, ensuring the best possible deal for both the company and the client.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales progress, and report results to sales managers or senior leadership.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.

  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure smooth customer experiences and satisfaction.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools.

  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills.

  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the industry related to the company's products or services.

  • Experience with B2B or B2C sales environments.

  • Ability to identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Experience in digital sales channels (e.g., online sales, e-commerce platforms).
