We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for calling, converting, convincing leads that will be provided and also to keep track of each conversation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Explaining company services (Website Designing and Digital Marketing) to leads and fixing appointments.
Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.
Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Keep records of calls & leads and note useful information
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
