Travel Sales Executive

Job Title: Travel Executive/Bus captain - Rama Talkies, Vishakaptanam

Shift Type: Full-time (Night Shifts), permanent job

Shift Timing: Starts anytime after 7 PM - 11pm; Return in the morning (12 - 14 hours round trip)

Example: Login at 10 PM and return by 10 AM/11 AM next day morning.

Language Requirements: Must speak fluent Telugu and English: 5 Openings

Location Eligibility: Jobseekers who stay within 10 kms from Rama Talkies, Vizag can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage spot bookings, convince passengers to purchase return journey tickets.

Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews from them.

Provide wifi, GPS access, water Bottle to the passengers.

Maintain accurate daily accounts.

Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

Requirements:

Age: 19 - 32 years (Male candidates only)

Education: Minimum 10th grade, diploma, or equivalent (Intermediate and degree holders are welcome)

6 days working and 1 week off every week ( sat, sun working)

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Traveling, customer service, hospitality, sales knowledge, and persuasive skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹15,000/month take-home with no deductions.

Experienced Candidates: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000/month (with relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service and valid documents).

Incentives: Attractive incentives ranging from ₹2000 to ₹10,000/month for selling return journey tickets.
