Expertise in 3D design software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar.
Strong proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentation purposes.
Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and spatial design.
Ability to understand and translate client ideas into 3D visualizations.
