Job Description

Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a
related field.
Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and other relevant tools.
Strong creative and innovative design skills, demonstrated through a robust portfolio showcasing
a range of design projects will be added advantage.
A deep understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques with
a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and
ideas.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
Willingness to stay updated with design trends and industry developments, and a commitment to
continuous learning and skill development.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a demonstrated
aptitude for incorporating feedback into design revisions.
Thorough understanding of branding and marketing concepts to ensure that designs align with
the organization's brand identity and strategic goals.
