Job Description
- Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
- Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of agency experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling assets across a variety of mediums. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design tools and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media content, banners, brochures, websites, email templates, and more.
Create high-quality visual designs that align with the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Work closely with clients to understand design requirements and deliver innovative, effective, and visually appealing solutions.
Conceptualize and design visuals for various marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
Prepare final design files and ensure they are optimized for production across different platforms.
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software to ensure creative designs are fresh and innovative.
Provide support in visual ideation and brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency setting.
Expertise in design tools like Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a variety of design projects.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Ability to adapt and work under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Proficient in design for both digital and print media.
A good understanding of current design trends and techniques.
A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
