Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
o Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
o Develop innovative design concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Multimedia Support:
o Assist in basic video editing tasks to support marketing and digital content.
o Contribute to creating engaging visual content for social media and web platforms.
• UI/UX Design Assistance:
o Collaborate with the team to support UI/UX design projects.
o Help in designing user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the senior designer to understand project objectives and execute designs accordingly.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to various projects.
• Standard Compliance:
o Ensure all designs adhere to established design principles and brand standards.
o Maintain consistency across all design outputs.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education:
o A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
o Basic knowledge of video editing software.
o Understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Creative Attributes:
o Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
o Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visual designs.
o Good communication and teamwork skills.
