A senior graphic designer is responsible for creating and delivering visual designs that support a company's brand and business goals. He/She should be able to visualize the design for the client, brief to the team, connect with the project managers of clients and update them and develop creative solutions that meet business needs.


Design: Create designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, and corporate reports
Brand consistency: Ensure that designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines and style
Collaborate: Work with clients and other team members to understand needs and develop creative solutions
Provide feedback: Review the work of junior designers and provide guidance and feedback
Stay current: Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies
Mentor: Guide junior designers and interns, and help them develop their skills
Communicate: Present design concepts to clients and other team members
Manage projects: Oversee design projects from conception to completion, and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget


Skills and qualifications

Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details
Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite
Effective communication skills
