Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to develop and maintain our internal systems, job portals, and automation tools that enhance our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications and portals using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred).

Integrate third-party APIs, job boards, and CRM systems.

Optimize database queries for performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams to automate workflows.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus).

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications.

Troubleshoot and debug existing systems to enhance functionality.

Requirements
Required Skills
Strong experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter).

Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design.

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS).

Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).

Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Preferred Skills
Experience with job board integrations (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean) and DevOps.

Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry workflows.

Experience with AI-based resume parsing solutions is a plus.
