Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting while assisting in budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and forecasting.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with auditors and support tax filing processes.

• Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
